Is milk bad for cats?
I heard that milk might be bad for some cats. I've been giving milk to my newly adopted cat, but she gets diarrhea.

Many cats are actually lactose intolerant, especially adults. The old myth of cats a saucers of milk is a real problem.
That said, there are lactose-free milk substitutes out there for cats, and, believe it or not, cream has less lactose than milk, so an alternative would be cream. But be careful, as obesity is another major problem facing adult cats in today\\\\\\'s world.
