Have any idea what breeds of cat people prefer most?

This is probably not a surprise: They are the Domestic shorthair and the domestic longhair, the mutts of the feline community.

Not really a breed, you say? Well, you're correct. The Cat Fancier's Association (CFA) lists 41 pedigreed cat breeds and the Domestic shorthair and Domestic longhair are not two of them. However, American Shorthair is. Here's CFA's Top 10 most popular breeds:

I like to adopt my kitties and am very partial to the ubiquitous Tiger. Over the years, all but one of my rescued reasons for having a litter box are tiger mutts.
